4. Delivery: We require key stakeholder availability for feedback at specific milestones to keep the project on its fast track. We move quickly, but never unilaterally.
We are visualization experts who become dedicated students of your technology. We start with your source materials—whitepapers, CAD files, protocols—and conduct in-depth interviews with your technical team.
Every frame is built for your review, and you are the final arbiter of accuracy. Our role is to translate your precise science into equally precise and clear visuals.
Our core promise is “weeks, not months.” A standard, high-quality 60-90 second mechanism-of-action animation can be delivered in 4-6 weeks. For urgent timelines, we offer expedited sprint projects. Contact us with your deadline, and we will provide a realistic plan to meet your critical window.

To provide an accurate quote and timeline, we need:
1. A clear goal (e.g., “We need this for our Series A roadshow”).
2. Key materials (pitch deck, technical docs, CAD files).
3. Access to your technical lead for a 60-minute discovery call.
From there, we provide a detailed proposal and statement of work.
We build flexibility into our process. If new requirements emerge, we will immediately assess the impact on timeline and budget, provide a clear change order for your approval, and adjust the plan collaboratively. Transparency is key.
The first step is a Strategic Scoping Call. This is a no-pressure conversation to understand your technology, goals, and timeline. From there, we will send a formal proposal within 48 hours. If we’re a mutual fit, we can often start within the week.
